Kevin Ahearn: iFAStTRAC Real Estate Training

Consistent Agent Productivity Begins At The Recruiting Stage!

As a real estate agent, how good are you at marketing, selling and customer service?

I hope you answered: ‘Really good’!

If you answered: ‘Not so good’ or ‘So…so’…then, I’m worried about you!

As a real estate trainer of more than 300,000 agents over the last 35+ years, I know, for a fact, that real estate is about three (3) areas of concentration: marketing, sales and customer service!

Real Estate is first and foremost a business of marketing, secondly a business of selling and thirdly a business of customer service!

Having command of these three (3) areas of concentration alone does NOT ‘guarantee’ real estate success…but they are, nonetheless, the ‘keys’ to success

Without agents understandingthe business of real estate’; without agents understanding theirmultiple rolesin their own businesses; and without agents cultivating agent business-development skillsthe road to ‘consistentproductivity and success can be a rocky one!

The ‘Business of Real Estate’ is just that ‘A Business’! Unfortunately, too many real estate agents fail to understand that and treat real estate as a ‘part-time’ job or hobby!

They either don’t know, or refuse to accept, that they are committing to become a ‘business within the broker’s business’! Unfortunately, in the recruits minds they work FOR the broker…they have what I refer to as an Agent-Employee Mentality and real estate becomes 'just another job’!

As a result, they tend to be ‘broker-dependent’! They tend to be more reactive than proactive; they tend to resist ‘investing in themselves and their professional-growth’; they exert a half-hearted commitment to the ‘business’ of real estate; and, as mentioned, approach real estate with a ‘part-time job’/'dependent' mentality.

Selfishly, I wish these agents would quickly ‘career adjust’! They're what I call ‘donkeys’! As a real estate trainer, if you give me a ‘donkey’ to train, when I get done with them you’re going to get back a ‘Trained Donkey’…not the winner of the Kentucky Derby! I’m NOT a miracle-worker! I’m simply a very accomplished Real Estate Trainer!

To me, the key to ‘consistent’ agent-productivity begins at the Recruiting Stage!

First and foremost, the ‘recruit’ has got to be: 1. committed; 2. be willing to be held accountable; be coachable and be trainable! If any one of these traits are missing,    I can’t help them…I can’t make a ‘difference’! On the other hand, expose real estate agents with ALL THESE TRAITS to my i-FAStTRAC Business-Development Training and they can become consistent ‘Top Producers’ in 12 months or less! Guaranteed
